Question 1

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Seattle?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on rental hours, booth type, and any add-ons like custom backdrops or branded print templates. Most 3 to 4 hour rentals for standard events fall within the mid-range for the Seattle market. The clearest way to get a number is to call with your event date and details - most people have an answer in one quick conversation.

Question 2

How many hours should I book for my event?

Accepted Answer

Most weddings and private parties book 3 to 4 hours. Corporate events with high foot traffic often run 4 to 5 hours. We will give you a recommendation based on your expected guest count once we know more about the event type and size.

Question 3

Do you handle setup and breakdown?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We arrive before your event starts, set up the booth, staff it for the full rental period, and break everything down afterward. The time we spend on setup and teardown is not counted against your rental hours - your clock starts when the booth opens for guests.

Question 4

Can we customize the print design or branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wedding clients frequently add monograms, date text, and color-matched borders to prints. Corporate clients can use logo-branded templates with their event colors and messaging. Send your design assets ahead of time and we will have everything ready before the event.

Question 5

Is there a limit on photos or guests?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no session or print limits during your rental window. Open-air booths fit groups of up to 10 to 12 people in the frame. Enclosed booths are more intimate - up to 4 to 6 guests at a time. Guests can keep coming back as many times as they like throughout the event.

Question 6

What happens if there is a technical issue during the event?

Accepted Answer

Our on-site attendant is there specifically to handle issues as they come up. We also bring backup equipment to major events as a standard practice - not a marketing point. In the unlikely event of significant downtime, we address it with you directly and honestly.

Question 7

Do you require a deposit to reserve a date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A deposit is required to hold your event date on the calendar. The remaining balance is due closer to the event. We will go over the full payment schedule when you book so there are no surprises on either end.
