A Photo Booth That Actually Fits Your Event

Most photo booth problems trace back to the same few things - a late arrival that eats into setup time, a layout that creates a bottleneck, or equipment that stops working with no one around to fix it. We plan around all three before we show up.

We arrive early, have everything running before the first guest walks in, and stay until the event is over. If something comes up, the attendant handles it. You're not tracking down a vendor in the middle of a reception.

Simple setup that doesn't slow down your timeline

We coordinate with your venue contact on load-in time and confirm the booth is fully operational before guests arrive. That timing is non-negotiable on our end.

Designed for guest flow, not long lines

Booth placement matters. We position the setup to draw guests in naturally without creating a pile-up near the bar or entrance. Small detail, big difference.

Works for weddings, corporate events, and private parties

The same level of preparation goes into every booking. Whether we're at a hotel ballroom in South Lake Union or a private home in Kirkland, the execution doesn't change.

Planning an Event in Seattle Comes With a Few Challenges

We've worked enough Seattle events to know what actually comes up.

Weather changes and why indoor setups matter here

A May evening in Seattle can be clear at 5pm and wet by 7. We plan for indoor placement whenever the venue allows it and don't assume outdoor setups will hold through the night. If an event moves inside at the last minute, we're already prepared for it.

Tight venue spaces and load-in rules around Seattle

Venues like The Edgewater, Fremont Foundry, and The Foundry each have their own loading access, elevator restrictions, and setup windows. We've worked with enough Seattle venues to understand those logistics before we show up - not after.

Working around event schedules, especially downtown and hotel venues

Downtown Seattle hotel events run back to back. At The Westin or The Hyatt Regency, arriving late means the whole setup gets compressed. We account for that in our timeline so it doesn't become your problem.

Photo Booth Rental Options We Offer

Different events call for different setups. Here's what we run and when each one makes sense.

Open-air booths for group shots and busy events

Open-air setups fit larger groups and move faster in high-traffic receptions. No enclosure means more flexibility on placement, and guests can fit more people into a single frame. These work well for most Seattle weddings and company parties.

Enclosed booths for a more private, classic experience

Enclosed booths give guests a moment that feels separate from the rest of the event. The curtain closes and it becomes its own thing. If you're planning a wedding where the guest experience really matters, this format tends to stick with people.

360 video booth for corporate activations and brand events

The 360 platform is built for events where shareable content is part of the goal. The slow-motion format works well for product launches, brand activations, and corporate parties where social reach matters as much as the on-site experience.

Custom backdrops, props, and branded print layouts

Every rental can be customized to match the event. For corporate bookings, we incorporate logos and brand colors into the print template. For weddings, we'll match the aesthetic you're going for. Let us know at booking and we'll sort the details.

What You Get With Every Rental

Nothing is hidden in the quote. Here's what's standard with every booking, regardless of booth type or event size.

On-site attendant to keep things running smoothly

A trained attendant stays with the booth the entire rental period. They help guests, handle any technical issues, and manage setup and breakdown on both ends. You're not responsible for the equipment.

Unlimited sessions and instant photo prints

Guests can come back as many times as they like. Prints come out immediately - no waiting, no email link, no scanning anything. A physical photo from the event that they can actually take home.

Digital sharing by text or email

Guests who want digital copies can send photos to themselves directly from the booth. The flow is simple enough that no one needs to be walked through it - they figure it out on their own.

Delivery, setup, and teardown handled start to finish

We bring the equipment, set up completely before your event starts, and break down after it ends. You're not coordinating a pickup or worrying about gear left behind at the venue.

Why People in Seattle Book With Us

What clients bring up when they explain why they called back or passed on our name.

Local team that knows Seattle venues and timing

We're based in North Seattle and work events across the city year-round. Knowing the load-in situation at a specific venue, or how traffic moves on a Saturday night downtown, takes a lot of guesswork out of event day logistics.

Straightforward pricing with no last-minute add-ons

The quote you get at the start reflects what you pay. We don't add fees for mileage, extended setup time, or standard props the day before the event. If something costs extra, we tell you before you commit.

Insured and prepared for corporate and wedding requirements

We carry liability insurance and can provide documentation to venue coordinators or corporate event planners who need it ahead of the event. Most hotel venues and corporate spaces require this - we have it ready before you ask.

Direct communication from booking to event day

One contact from the time you book to the time the event ends. No call center, no waiting two days for a reply. A clear confirmation of everything before your date arrives.

We Carry Insurance and Handle Documentation

Fully insured - documentation available on request

We carry liability insurance on every job. If your venue or corporate event coordinator needs proof of coverage before the event, we can send it promptly. Hotel ballrooms, corporate campuses, and most formal Seattle venues require this upfront - reach out when you book and we'll take care of it.

Owner-operated - not a franchise or booking platform

Seattle Photo Booth is a locally owned operation based in North Seattle. When you call, you're talking to the people who will actually be at your event. There's no middleman, no booking platform that assigns a contractor, and no disconnect between who you spoke to and who shows up.

Photo Booth Rental FAQs

What people ask before they book.

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Seattle?

Pricing depends on the booth type, number of hours, and any add-ons like custom print overlays or specific backdrops. Call or email with your event date and we'll put together a clear quote for your specific setup - no ballpark ranges that turn into something different when you actually book.

How many hours should I book for my event?

Most weddings and corporate events work well with 3 to 4 hours. Smaller private parties often only need 2 to 3. We'd rather help you figure out the right window than oversell hours you won't use - tell us about your guest count and event schedule and we'll give you an honest recommendation.

Do you handle setup and breakdown at the venue?

Yes, completely. We handle all transport, setup before the event starts, and full breakdown at the end. You don't need to coordinate any of that - if there's something specific about the venue's load-in window, we'll work directly with the venue contact to sort it out.

Can I customize the prints or branding for my event?

Yes. Print templates can be customized with event details, dates, and personal designs for weddings and parties. For corporate events, we incorporate logos, brand colors, and event-specific graphics into the layout. Let us know at booking - some custom work needs a few days to prepare, so earlier is better.

Is there a limit on how many photos guests can take?

No limit. Every rental includes unlimited sessions for the full booking window. Guests can come back as many times as they like and print as many copies as they want. We don't cap it.

What happens if something stops working during the event?

The on-site attendant handles it. We also bring backup components and supplies to every event. Most issues get resolved in a few minutes without anyone at the event noticing. If something goes wrong, that's our problem to fix - not something you'll be pulled into.

How far in advance should I reserve a date?

For Seattle weddings, especially May through September, 3 to 6 months ahead is a safe window - those Saturdays fill up quickly. Corporate events and private parties are usually more flexible. A few weeks to a couple of months ahead is typically enough, but if you have a firm date, sooner is always better.
