How quickly will I hear back?
Most inquiries get a response within a few hours during the week. We check messages throughout the day and are not routing you through a call center. If you call and reach voicemail, we will return the call the next morning. The one business day turnaround applies to email - in practice it is usually faster.
What information should I include when I contact you?
Event date, venue name or address, expected guest count, and booth type preference if you have one. That covers what we need to give you an accurate quote in the first exchange. If you do not have all of it yet, share what you know - we will work through the rest together.
Can I text photos or venue details?
Yes. Texting 206-496-8442 works well for sharing venue floor plans, room layouts, or photos that help us understand the space and plan the setup. Email is better for PDFs or longer documents. Either way reaches us directly.
Do you serve areas outside Seattle?
Yes. We regularly serve events in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, and other cities throughout King County. We also travel to some Snohomish County venues - including Edmonds - for the right event. Call with your venue address and we will tell you directly whether we can cover it and what, if any, travel cost applies.
What if I need to check availability for multiple dates?
Just ask. We can check two or three dates in one conversation and tell you what is open. No need to send separate inquiries for each one - mention all the dates you are considering and we will run through them together.
How do I confirm or change my booking after we talk?
A deposit locks in your date after you decide to move forward. Changes to event timing, venue logistics, or customization are handled directly by phone or email. Most adjustments are easy to accommodate when made well ahead of the event date.
